The common thread is remembering the power of your female sexuality.

Let the sexual life energy flow back, sink into your body, cleanse it, vibrate through it and make you feel increasingly lighter.

It will be a colorful day full of body work, sensuality, dance, tantra, shamanism, systemic work and eroticism.

Daily schedule: You can arrive from 9.30 am and then start at 10 am. In the morning it is mainly body work, gaining weight and sinking into the body that we are going to do. There is a break in the morning of 15 minutes, but I cannot say in advance when this will be, it really depends on the energy of the group. The same with the lunch break, which lasts an hour but starts when I feel it feels good and we have successfully completed an exercise. In the afternoon we will then start with more deeper work, for which the connection was already made in the group in the morning, constellation work, bodywork exercises per 2 and dance and tantra. To finish a little before 6 and let everyone have their say what they take home with them, what they would like to explore further, what they found difficult, etc. The intention is to provide a follow-up workshop that specifically addresses the wishes of the group in more depth. Because the offer is so large during the first day, we can taste a little bit of everything, but the women will quickly get a feel for what they want to explore further. What to bring: As far as clothing for the workshop is concerned, it is important that you wear something comfortable what you feel good in does not necessarily have to be yoga clothing. And if you like it, you can also bring your favorite lingerie set. Tea and snacks are provided during the breaks, but you must bring your own lunch. When the weather is good we eat together in the garden.
